                               RESOLUTION NO. 19648
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE 
                   AMOUNT OF FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($4,000.00) TO JARVIS MURPHY AND GWENDA F. 
                   MURPHY FOR RELOCATION RELATIVE TO THE 
                   CENTRAL AVENUE WIDENING PROJECT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment in the amount of $4,000.00 to Jarvis Murphy and Gwenda F. 
       Murphy for relocation relative to the Central Avenue Widening 
       Project.
